All bookings require a 50% deposit. Deposits can be made via check or credit card with a 3% processing fee.

All deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is received (60) days prior to the departure date.

Cancellations within 60 days will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Due to rising fuel costs, a fuel surcharge may be added at the discretion of the Captain.

We do not charge passengers to use our fishing gear, BUT if lost or damaged by passengers there will be an additional charge for replacement or repair.

NO illegal drugs are permitted onboard. (including marijuana)

Prescription drugs can only be carried by the person to whom they are prescribed.

It is the passengers responsibility to disclose any health conditions which could cause concern to the Captain before departure.

Safety is a top priority, the Captain has the right to cancel or modify the trip based on passengers behavior and the safety of all those onboard.

Remaining balance of trip cost is due BEFORE departure either via cash or credit card.
